About MyChallenge

You can raise money for children and adults with cerebral palsy (CP) by joining MyChallenge.
It’s easy - here’s how it works.
Step 1 – Your details Register for MyChallenge by filling in your contact details and creating a password.
Step 2 – Your web page Create your own fundraising page and hit ‘next’. You will receive a confirmation email which will include your login and password to access your profile page.
Step 3 – Fill out the paperwork! If you are 18 years or older please read and accept the Terms and Conditions of this website and Waiver form.

If you are under 18 years please download the Terms and Conditions of this website, Waiver form and the Consent form for your parent/guardian to authorise. The Spastic Centre requires you to either mail or fax the completed forms within 7 working days to activate your fundraising page.
